🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer two delivery methods for most countries:

1. Registered Air Mail

  • Handled by your local postal service once the package arrives in your country

  • More economical

  • Tracking becomes active after 5–10 business days (once the parcel reaches your country)

2. Expedited Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Fastest and most secure option

  • Delivery to most countries in 4–9 business days

  • Delivery to most U.S. regions in 3–4 business days

  • PO Box addresses are not accepted

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Simply add your desired item(s) to the cart and the available shipping options and prices will be displayed automatically.


Estimated Delivery Time

Registered Air Mail

  • Most countries: 10–20 business days (2–4 weeks)

  • Brazil: 1–3 months (local customs/security delays)

Delivery time may be affected by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak seasons (e.g., Christmas)

  • Local postal service workload

  • Extreme weather

  • International security checks

Expedited Shipping

  • Most countries: 4–9 business days

  • Most U.S. areas: 3–4 business days


🧾 Import Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties and import taxes are charged once the parcel arrives in your country

  • These fees must be paid by the recipient

  • We cannot estimate the exact cost, as customs policies vary by region

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or fails to respond to the courier:

  • They are responsible for return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling fees

  • Any resulting loss will be borne by the customer

  • No refund will be issued in such cases

We cannot undervalue packages or mark orders as gifts.


📦 Returned / Bounced Back Packages

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Unclaimed parcels

If a package is returned to us:

  • It may take 1–3 months to arrive back

  • We will notify you when it is received

  • You may choose to reship (additional postage required)

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipping:

  • A 20% cancellation fee will apply

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
